Ruler of Vietnam. A great admirer of the U.S. Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, but we spurned him early on, and he turned Marxist after that.

`1911`	Leaves Saigon.
`1918`	In Paris, hangs around with Socialists.
`1934`	In Moscow until 1938.
`2 Sep 1969`	Ho Chi Minh dies, Hanoi Vietnam.
