Now called the Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation in Ft. Benning, Georgia. Among the graduates are Leopoldo Galtieri, Omar Torrijos, Roberto D'Aubuisson, and Manuel Noriega -- earning the establishment a nickname "School for Dictators."
